U Min Han Tun is a CFA charter holder, the most recognized Investment Management Professional Credential in the world and holds a B.sc in International Business from Elizabethtown College,PA. His passion for teaching started as a tutor while he was still in College. He is a social enterprise consultant in BC Myanmar and Finance Trainer for SMEs. He also co founded Matrix Institute of Professionals and a course Instructor for CFA Level I,II and III. In earlier days, he had performed highly in Finance capacities with different companies, local and abroad. He currently manages a leading company in the decorative industry and a hotel.

Daw Lay Lay Win started her career in Accounting roles from 1993 to this date where she worked at different capacities such as Chief Accountant, Finance Manager and Director of Finance and Operations. She holds a MBF from Yangon University of Economics and an affiliate in ACCA. She is also an experienced lecturer in MBA classes, ACCA and CISI for renowned universities and institutes such as Strategy First, NIC and Excellent Choice.

Daw Nang Mo Hom Noon is a professional accountant holding a certified account technician (CAT-UK) and Advance Diploma in Business and Accounting ACCA(UK) skill level completion Part II. She managed her family business for 5 years after finishing her Diploma in Management Accounting in 2009. She also worked as a Chief Account and Administration Manager at Kinden Corporation. She has also been a financial advisor to SMEs, NGOs as well as businesses since 2016. She currently works as a senior Business and Financial Analyst and core instructor at One to Watch Myanmar.
